The challenge
Custom clothing needs more than a shopping cart. Customers need help sharing measurements, understanding prices and knowing what happens next. For the atelier, scattered messages make it hard to connect each conversation to the right design, quote and order.
What we built
Vireosol designed and built a custom-tailoring platform for customers and the team behind the garments. Customers browse a curated catalog, select a design and share measurements using garment-specific forms. The atelier receives the request, prepares a quote, and converts accepted work into an order that can be tracked through production and delivery.
The experience combines a boutique storefront with practical tools for quoting, customer communication, payment recording and catalog management.
How it works
- Discover a design. Browse and filter the catalog by category, occasion, garment or tag.
- Share the fit. Submit guided measurements in inches or centimeters, or request assistance.
- Start the conversation. Continue with the atelier through WhatsApp after submission.
- Receive a quote. The team reviews the request and sets the price, currency and notes.
- Confirm the order. Accepted work becomes an order with payment records and production status.
- Follow delivery. Customers can follow progress and view shipment tracking details.
